The owner demolished the original house and is now building a modern two story home, complete with basement and roof top garden. The walls of the basement have been constructed using Insulbrick 240. These walls will double as retaining walls while holding the load above. The ground level has been constructed with Insulbrick 170- features include curved wall to the front.
